Madison serves NDP clients as a DSO/PE and valuation advisor. In what can be an overwhelming process, she offers guidance and peace of mind to her clients during a purchase or sale of practice. She prepares valuations with detail and transparency, helping clients reach their transition goals through the critical first step of obtaining a market value of their dental practice.
She also helps clients as they look to transition to the DSO/Corporate buyer by providing an in-depth analysis of their EBITDA for assessment by potential buyers and assists in the complex diligence process by facilitating the document and communication with various potential buyers.
Madison grew up in Frisco, Texas and graduated from Baylor University with her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Master of Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant and previously worked as an auditor at Ernst & Young prior to joining the NDP team.
