As Valuation Manager, Bryan strategically leads the valuation team and helps practice owners gain clarity and confidence as they transition in and out of practice ownership.
A Certified Valuation Analyst since 2021, Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from the University of Texas at Dallas. He is also a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
Bryan brings more than 15 years of experience in business valuation and M&A strategy, with a proven track record across diverse industries including professional services, manufacturing, software and oil and gas. Throughout his career, Bryan has completed over 350 valuations, representing more than $850 million in enterprise value. His expertise has supported complex projects involving litigation, M&A transactions and exit planning.

A native Texan, Bryan is passionate about playing the piano, composing and producing music, cooking and volunteering alongside his wife, Stacie. They have three cats (Charlotte, Gary, Zahira) and two dogs (Zane and Little).
