Generally, at this point, interest is high and the goal is to determine which parties are serious enough to communicate their expectations and offer via a Letter of Intent (LOI). This is the true beginning of the deal process. Buyers will have lots of questions and requests for additional information – NDP will facilitate this process to ensure each buyer has what they need to formalize their offer via a LOI.
