This busy office, located in a growing community, is looking for a general dentist to join their practice. This 8,000-square-foot office has 14 operatories, five of which are for hygiene. The practice is fully digital, computerized and equipped with the latest technology, including a digital Pan/Ceph and CBCT, dental milling machine, Galileos 3D Pano, Waterlase iPlus 2 and Solea CO2 laser.

The doctor accepts Medicaid and insurance. The practice is open five days a week, has over 10,000 active patients, and averages 210 new patients per month. Staff in the practice includes one associate, five hygienists, eight dental assistants and five front desk. Hygiene is booked out five months, and doctor production is booked out two weeks in advance. In 2021, the practice did approximately $4.7M in production, $3.8M in collections and had a great overhead. Roughly 50% of new patients come from existing patient referrals, 30% from referring doctors and 20% from the website.
