Christy Ratcliff - NDP Managing Partner

Christy Ratcliff is the Managing Partner of NDP, playing a key role in the ongoing evolution of the firm’s valuation and consulting service lines, helping healthcare professionals navigate complex practice transitions with clarity and confidence. Christy holds a BBA and MS in Accounting from Texas A&M University and is both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).

In addition to her work at NDP, in 2020, Christy co-founded 7 Pillars, a transition advisory firm focused on guiding healthcare professionals through transactions in the DSO and related institutional buyer space. As Managing Partner, she leads the Transaction Success Team, overseeing practice valuation analysis, financial due diligence, and coordination with legal teams to support a well-structured and efficient transaction process.

Across both NDP and 7 Pillars, Christy leverages 20 years of experience in accounting, consulting, and business valuation, supporting clients and their advisory teams through complex ownership and transition matters. She is a frequent speaker at regional and national dental meetings and universities and is co-host of the podcast Transition Talk, where she focuses on educating doctors on practice value, ownership options, and transition strategies.

Christy is deeply passionate about education and believes that access to clear, objective data is essential when navigating the emotional and financial decisions surrounding a practice transition. Her goal is to empower clients with the insight they need to move forward with confidence—whether they are exploring future options or actively preparing for a transaction.

Outside of work, Christy and her husband, Chris, enjoy spending time with their two daughters, Lila and Bryn. They love to spend their summers on the lake.
