As Practice Listings Manager, Kathy assists selling doctors who are in search of the ideal buyer for their practice. She helps market each unique practice, screens and vets buyers and coordinates communications among all parties until an offer has been negotiated and fully executed.
Kathy comes to NDP with nearly a decade of experience in the dental transition field. She has in-depth working knowledge of all aspects of practice transitions, from seller and buyer consulting, valuations, listings, contract negotiations, general marketing and continuing education seminars.
“I absolutely love guiding clients through a practice transition,” Kathy said. “I recognize how important open, honest and respectful communication can be and strive to protect each parties’ needs and goals during this process.”
Kathy enjoys spending time with her family and seeing new places, especially natural beauties. A long-time hobby of hers includes exploring family history and genealogy and helping friends discover fascinating facts about their family’s story.
