As a senior transition consultant, Matt supports dental professionals looking to purchase or sell their practices. He guides his clients through the transition process by analyzing financial and production reports, overhead, and profit margin to help determine the true profitability of a practice.
Matt graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Information Management. Matt is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Prior to NDP, Matt spent time as a middle school math teacher before transitioning into public accounting. He started at PwC where he focused on state and local tax compliance in the financial services industry before moving to support individuals and businesses with tax compliance for a local Dallas area firm.
“It’s fulfilling to help walk clients through a significant time in their professional and personal life, whether they are just starting out in the dental profession, at the end of their career, or somewhere in between. I love that I have the opportunity to develop relationships with clients and help them walk through such a milestone in their lives.”
In his free time, Matt enjoys playing with his three children, watching sports and reading.
