Morgan serves NDP clients as a senior transition consultant. Consulting clients throughout the entire buying or selling process, she analyzes the practice potential in preparation for the transition. Morgan walks through the true profitability of the practice as well as analyzes the overhead, profit margin and other practice costs to ultimately help determine a reasonable market price.
As a Montgomery, Alabama native, Morgan has her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Taxation, both from the University of Alabama. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Morgan previously worked with NDP affiliate company, Cain Watters & Associates (CWA), as an associate financial planner serving dental practice owners. Prior to CWA, she was a tax accountant at KPMG where she prepared and reviewed tax returns for small and mid-sized companies.

In her free time, Morgan enjoys relaxing, being at the lake and spending time with friends and family.
